Courtney Graham

Who I Am

I am a Chief Human Resource Officer working for a global tech company. I am a trained public speaker and have a unique life story that has been inspiring to others. At a relatively young age, I landed my first executive-level position in a competitive market.

Some say my stars are aligned, and I have an innate ability to manifest the reality I want. I disagree with that notion and have been faced with some tough challenges along the way. Instead, I believe that when you have a plan, can find the positive during hard times, are willing to work hard, and are intentional about what you want; you can make incredible things happen.

I know I have something bigger to give the world (than being an HR exec); I just don’t know how to begin. Here is a draft of my bio.

Courtney Graham is an award-winning strategic human resource executive with over 15 years of leadership experience. She graduated with a B.A. from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and received an M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix. While in her 20s Courtney was an aspiring actress, featured in many commercials and magazines, and landed a recurring job as a stunt double in a national TV series.

In 2012, she was awarded the title of Mrs. Colorado, which ignited her passion for public speaking and led her to become a sought-after keynote speaker for various events. In 2020, Courtney found the courage to end a 20-year marriage, most likely one of the hardest decisions in her lifetime.

That same year, her family’s life took a turn when her oldest son was diagnosed by accident with a Giloma (brain tumor). Always looking for the silver lining, this led to her serving as a board member for the Morgan Adams Foundation, a non-profit that funds pediatric cancer research.

In 2022, Courtney found love once more, underscoring her belief in the transformative power of change. She now stands as a firm advocate for embracing a “2.0 version” of life when one’s current circumstances no longer serve them, drawing parallels between love and career. Just as one must have the courage to explore new paths if their career isn’t fulfilling, Courtney encourages others to seek happiness and fulfillment in all aspects of life.
