Winning the title of Mrs. Colorado America in 2016 was a such a surreal moment for me, and I couldn't have done it without Courtney Graham. Courtney's coaching techniques in both interview and in my stage walk helped to build my confidence and make me feel comfortable with who I was, all that I had experienced in my life, and in my ability to share myself and "my story." Up until the moment of winning the crown, I felt very uncomfortable talking about myself as it wasn't how I was raised. Talking about myself felt like I was bragging or being presumptuous in thinking my life was interesting enough to share. Courtney helped me to be realize that part of our noble nature is to make a difference through the power of our story and being able to share it with others. Courtney's techniques stayed with me throughout my reign and still does to this day. Courtney's professionalism and her friendship were and still are invaluable to me, and I will be forever grateful.

The vision boarding workshop was very helpful! I have been struggling to make my own vision board for months now, not really knowing where to start or what to focus on, but Courtney's guidance and thought-provoking exercise enabled me to pinpoint what I want to make happen in the the next couple of years of my life. Completing my vision board after was easy and FUN! She then provided us with the resources to determine an action plan and road map on how to achieve those goals with the 'my personal strategic plan to living a life of purpose' exercise. This really brought the workshop full circle and I left with actionable steps in mind.

Everyone would benefit from having a strategic plan for their own life! Of course! Many pearls of wisdom delivered that make so much sense, things I never thought of. I highly recommend a session with Courtney!

My professional experience ranges from a variety of industries including retail, healthcare, higher education, and technology. In 2013, I was awarded the Colorado Summit Ward that recognized me as a statewide strategic human resource leader. Being passionate about effective communication, I am also a certified trainer and facilitator in Fierce Conversations, a communication model for leaders as well as a certified consultant from Lominger International in Leadership Architect, a framework that provides a wide range of products and services that are researched-based, experience tested, and internationally recognized tools that can be customized to fit any organization’s resources.
